# 🔣 Token Distribution

LC (Light Coin) is the governance and utility token of the platform with a total supply of 100 million. Out of the 100 million: 

* 50% reserved for mining and play-to-earn
* 20% reserved for private sale investors\
  price: *<mark style="color:red;">0.1 USD / LC</mark>*\
  vesting schedule: 20% after TGE, then another 20% every two months
* 8% reserved for public sale investors (with multiple launchpads)\
  price: *<mark style="color:red;">0.15 USD / LC</mark>*\
  vesting schedule: 40% after TGE, then 30% every 1 month.
* 10% reserved for the team (vesting over 2.5 years, starting from the 7th month)&#x20;
* 10% reserved for strategic partnership (e.g. CEX listing)
* 2% reserved for marketing (with usage of the budget be made public)
